How to view and manage Compliance Tasks

The Compliance Tasks screen displays a list of all tasks related to SA-SAMS submission data. Use this function to monitor outstanding compliance items before submitting data to the Department of Education.

My School > d6 Initiatives > Compliance > Outstanding Compliance Tasks

What does this screen show?

The screen lists all compliance tasks linked to SAMS data submission. Each task indicates whether the data required for DOE reporting is complete, incomplete, or requires attention. Review and resolve outstanding tasks before generating SA-SAMS exports. Next to each task, there is a blue hyperlink "here". Clicking it opens a screen showing the task, with a yellow banner indicating the instructions to rectify it.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I go after resolving compliance tasks?

Once all tasks are resolved, proceed with your SA-SAMS export at My School > d6 Initiatives > Compliance > Export to SA-SAMS Database. Compliance tasks must be addressed before submission to ensure the export contains complete and valid data.
