Generate a Composite Recording Sheet

The Composite Recording Sheet generates a composite mark recording sheet for DOE reporting. It displays academic performance per grade across multiple subjects, terms and assessment types.

How do I generate the Composite Recording Sheet?

  1. Select the Year, Curriculum, Grade, Mark Detail, Average and Scale/Level Summary.

  2. Move the required Subjects, Terms, Assessment Types and Mark Formula Types to the right using the arrow buttons.

  3. Click Generate Report to create the report.

Frequently asked questions

Can I include more than one term on the same report?

Yes. Move all required terms to the right block before clicking Generate Report. The report will include data for all selected terms.

What is the difference between Scale and Level Summary?

The Scale option displays marks as percentages. The Level option displays marks as achievement levels (e.g. 1–7) as used in CAPS reporting.
