How to manage Creditor Accounts

The Creditor Accounts function allows you to create and manage accounts for the school's various suppliers. It facilitates capturing invoices, credit notes, and payments.

Finance > Creditors > Accounts

How do I create a creditor account?

  1. Click Create account.

  2. Enter the supplier details.

  3. Click Save.

Can I delete a creditor account?

No, accounts with transaction history cannot be deleted.
