How to generate a Staff Data Verification form
The Staff Data Verification report generates a 2-page form containing all current staff details as captured in the system. It can be used to verify and confirm staff information is accurate and up to date.
Reports > Staff > Data Verification
How do I generate a staff data verification form?
Choose whether to generate the form for active staff members or left staff members.
Select the staff member(s) on the left-hand side and click the double arrows to move them to the right-hand side.
Click Preview to view the form as a PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Can I generate the form for staff who have already left the school?
Yes. When selecting the staff filter, choose Left Staff Members to include former staff in the report.
Can I generate the form for multiple staff members at once?
Yes. Select all relevant staff members on the left and move them to the right before clicking Preview. Each staff member will appear on their own section of the report.
What data does the form include?
The form displays all staff details currently captured in the system, including personal information, contact details, and employment information. It is used to verify that records are complete and accurate.
