How to generate a Learner Data Verification report
The Learner Data Verification report generates a 2-page form showing all current learner details as captured in the system. Staff can use this printed form to check for errors, which can then be corrected in the system. The form layout is fixed and cannot be edited by the school.

How do I generate a learner data verification form?
Choose whether to generate the form for Active or Left learners.
Select the learner(s) from the left-hand side and move them to the right using the >> button.
Click Preview to generate the form.
Download using the download icon or print using the printer icon.
Frequently asked questions
Can I customise the layout of the Data Verification form?
No. The form layout is built into the system and cannot be edited by the school, unlike Registration and Re-registration forms.
Can I generate the form for multiple learners at once?
Yes. Select multiple learners from the left-hand list and move them all to the right before clicking Preview. Each learner will appear in their own section of the report.
How do I correct errors found on the Data Verification form?
Errors must be corrected directly in the learner's profile in d6+. After corrections have been made, generate a new Data Verification form to confirm the changes are accurate.
