This function allows you to generate and print a data verification form for staff members as a PDF document.
Reports > Staff > Data Verification
Select whether to generate forms for active staff or former staff.
Select the staff members on the left-hand side and click the right-pointing arrows to move them to the right-hand side.
Click the Preview button to generate the report. The report is created as a PDF document. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view it.
Yes. Select multiple staff members by moving each one from the left-hand side to the right-hand side before clicking Preview.
Active staff are currently employed at the school. Former staff have already left the school but their records remain stored in the system.
The form is given to staff members to confirm their personal details and identify any errors, so that the school's records remain accurate.
