How to view the debit order submission status

The Debit Order Status Report function allows you to view the submission status of debit orders for a specific month. You can also perform actions directly from this screen, such as sending SMS or email communication and printing account statements.

How do I view the debit order status report?

  1. Select the submission for which you want to view the report.

  2. Click Status report.

  3. Select the action date. The report will then generate automatically.

  4. If a debit order is rejected or pending, a reason is shown in the Reason column.

What actions can I perform from this screen?

  • Download the list as an Excel file or to Google Sheets.

  • Send an SMS to a debtor by clicking the phone button.

  • Send an email to a debtor by clicking the email button.

  • Print an account statement by clicking the statement button.

Frequently asked questions

What do the different colour codes mean?

The colour codes indicate the status of each debit order: Cancelled, Deleted, Rejected, Submitted, or Pending. View the colour legend on the screen for the full breakdown.

Can I contact a debtor directly from this screen?

Yes. Use the phone button to send an SMS, or the email button to send an email directly from the DO Status screen.
