How do I view and submit debit orders?

  1. Click Create Debit Order submission and select the month.

  2. Select whether debit orders must be shifted to the previous available date (Friday) or the next available date (Monday) when the first of the month falls on a weekend or public holiday.

  3. The list of debit orders for the selected month appears, colour-coded on the right: green = full allocation, orange = partial allocation, red = over-allocation.

  4. View the list in PDF by clicking View, or export to Excel. No changes can be made here.

  5. Once everything is in order, click Create for submission. Note: no changes can be made after this.

  6. Select the file and click Submit. Confirm the notification by clicking I understand.
