This article explains how to remove one or more members from your community database. You can delete a single member or select multiple members and remove them all at once.
Members → [Select member(s)] → Delete
Go to Members.
Select the checkbox next to the member's name in the list.
Click the delete button that appears.
Choose whether to notify the member that they have been removed, then confirm.
Go to Members.
Tick the checkboxes next to the names of the members you want to remove.
Click the orange dustbin icon that appears at the top of the list.
Choose whether to notify the members, then confirm the deletion.
Permanent action: Deleting a member removes them from your community and all its groups. This action cannot be undone.
Notification option: If you select the notification option, the member will receive a message informing them they have been removed.

No. Deleting a member permanently removes them from your community and all groups. If you need to add them back, you will have to re-add them manually or via a bulk import.

The linked members (parents or children) remain in the database but the link between them and the deleted member is removed. They will no longer be associated with each other.
