How to generate the DOE Learners at Risk Report

The Learners at Risk Report can be generated as a PDF or exported to Excel for reporting to the Department of Education.

Reports > DOE > Curriculum > DOE Learners at Risk

How do I generate the report?

  1. Select the curriculum and year.

  2. Select the detail: choose between Term Marks, SBA-Exam-Promotion or Term and Final marks.

  3. Select the relevant term(s) and click the right arrow to activate them.

  4. Choose whether average marks should be printed for the selected terms.

  5. Select the grade(s) and click the right arrow to activate them.

  6. Click Generate Report for a PDF, or Export to Excel to download a spreadsheet. If an Excel version warning appears, it is safe to click Yes.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the detail options?

Term Marks shows marks for the selected term(s). SBA-Exam-Promotion shows school-based assessment, exam and promotion marks. Term and Final marks shows both term and final results in a single view.
