DOE LEARNERS AT RISK REPORT



This report can be generated to display a Learners at Risk Report or to export the report to an Excel Spreadsheet. Use this report for reporting to the DOE.

GENERATE A LEARNERS AT RISK REPORT

  1. Select the curriculum.
  2. Select the year.
  3. Select the detail, choose between Term Marks, SBA-Exam-Promotion, or Term and Final marks.
  4. Select the relevant term/s and click on the "Right Arrow" button to activate / move to the right hand side.
  5. Select whether the "average marks" should be printed for the selected term/s.
  6. Select the grade and click on the "Right Arrow" button to activate / move to the right hand side.
  7. Click on the "Generate Report" button to generate a pdf document or
  8. Click on the "Export to Excel" button to export the data to an Excel Spreadsheet.
  9. If you chose to generate a .pdf report, the report will be displayed.
  10. If you chose to export the data to an Excel Spreadsheet, the exported data will be available in Excel to edit if needed.
Note: There might be an Excel Program version warning message displayed:   It is safe to click on ‘Yes’.
Then data will be displayed in Excel.
