The DOE Learners At Risk report generates a risk learner report for submission to the Department of Education. The report can be viewed as a PDF or exported to Excel.

How do I generate the report?

1. Select the Curriculum.

2. Select the Year.

3. Select the Detail: Term Marks, SBA-Exam-Promotion, or Term and Final Marks.

4. Select the relevant Term(s) and click the right arrow to activate.

5. Select the Grade and click the right arrow to activate.

6. Click Generate Report for PDF, or Export to Excel for an editable spreadsheet. If Excel shows a program version warning, it is safe to click Yes.

Frequently asked questions

Can I generate the report for more than one term at a time?

Yes. Move all required terms to the right block before generating. The report will include data for all selected terms.

Which detail option should I select?

Select Term Marks for term-by-term reporting. Select SBA-Exam-Promotion for final promotion decisions. Select Term and Final Marks for a complete overview of both.
