Marks schedules can be exported to Excel to comply with the Department of Education’s requirements and to enable users to satisfy the various Districts and Provinces variances themselves.


EXPORT A DOE MARKS SCHEDULE IN EXCEL


  • Click on Reports > DOE > DOE Marks Schedules
  • Choose the Schedule Type you would like to export
PLEASE NOTE: Screens and options may vary depending on the type of schedule you choose to export
  • Choose the "Export Format"
  • Choose to export "with or without marks"
  • Select the relevant "Year"
  • Select if you want to "Include additional Enrolment Data"
  • Select which "Mark Columns" to export
  • Select the "Display SBA / Exam marks as"
  • Select the "Mark Type" to be included
  • Select which "Calculated Mark" to export
  • Select which "Decision/Reason" to export
  • Select the "Grouping" for the report  
  • When you choose the option "Grade" an additional section will appear to choose the terms
  • Select the grade and click on the "Right Arrow" to allocate to the right
  • Once you selected a grade and allocated an additional section will appear to choose from
  • Click on the "Generate Report" button to generate the report
  • Click on the "I Understand" button to continue with the export, or click on the "Cancel" button if you do not wish to proceed
  • Once the schedule has been exported to Excel a message will appear in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen telling you that Excel successfully generated
  • The Excel export will be downloaded to your computer and will appear in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen
  • Click on the drop down arrow on the right-hand side of the download
  • Click on "Open" if you would like to open the Excel spreadsheet
  • Click on "Show in folder" if you would like to see where the Excel spreadsheet is located. It is best practice to rename the spreadsheet and move it to a folder where you will be able to locate it easily.
  • In order to edit the Excel spreadsheet, click on the "Enable editing" button
