Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Actual Weighting and LSEN Weighting?
Actual Weighting uses standard learner numbers. LSEN Weighting applies a weighting factor to learners with special educational needs, as required by DOE guidelines.
Why does the report take long to generate?
Term and year reports process large volumes of attendance data. Do not refresh the page while the report is generating, as this will restart the process.
