The DOE Promotion Statistics Report can be generated as a PDF or exported to Excel for reporting to the Department of Education.

How do I generate a Term Statistics report?

1. Select the report type: Term Statistics.

2. Select the year, term and curriculum.

3. Click Generate Report for a PDF, or Export to Excel to download a spreadsheet. Excel data can be edited after export.

4. If an Excel version warning appears, it is safe to click Yes.

How do I generate a Final Statistics report?

• Prerequisite: All relevant promotion mark setups must be finalised at My School > Curriculum > Year-End formulas > Template Formulas or My School > Curriculum > Year-End formulas > Subject-Specific Formulas before generating this report.
