DOE Promotion Statistics Report



This report can be generated to display a Promotion Statistics Report or to export the report to an Excel Spreadsheet. Use this report for reporting to the DOE.


GENERATE A PROMOTION STATISTICS REPORT 

  • Click on Reports > DOE > DOE Promotion Statistics Report
  • The color of the buttons on the ‘Menu bar’ may differ based on your school’s custom settings       
  • Choose the type of report to be printed
  • Choose between ‘Term Statistics’ or ‘Final Statistics’

  TERM STATISTICS

  • Select the year
  • Select the term
  • Select the curriculum
  • Click on the "Generate Report" button to generate a .pdf document; or
  • Click on the "Export to Excel" button to export the data to an Excel Spreadsheet
  • If you chose to export the data to an Excel Spreadsheet, the exported data will be available in Excel to edit if needed.
  • Note: The Excel Program version warning message might be displayed  
  • It is safe to click on ‘Yes’

  FINAL STATISTICS

Before the Final Statistics Report can be generated, all relevant Promotion mark setups must be finalized at My School > Curriculum > Template Formulas or My School > Curriculum > Subject-Specific Formulas.
  • Select the year 
  • Click on the "Generate Report" button to generate a .pdf document or;
  • Click on the "Export to Excel" button to export the data to an Excel Spreadsheet 
  • If you chose to export the data to an Excel Spreadsheet, the exported data will be available in Excel to edit if needed
  • Note: The Excel Program version warning message might be displayed 
  • It is safe to click on ‘Yes’.
