DOE SUBJECT PERFORMANCE REPORTS

Hierdie verslag kan gegenereer word om ‘n Vak Prestasie Verslag te besigtig of uit te voer na ‘n Excel Sigblad (‘Spreadsheet’). Gebruik hierdie verslag vir rapportering aan die DOE.

GENEREER ‘N ‘SUBJECT PERFORMANCE REPORT'

  • Kies die jaar.
  • Kies die kwartaal.
  • Kies die kurrikulum.
  • Kies die graad en kliek op die regs-pyltjie knoppie om te aktiveer.
  • Kliek op die 'genereer verslag' knoppie om ‘n .pdf dokument te genereer.
  • Of kliek op die 'voer uit na Excel' knoppie om die data na ‘n ‘Excel Spreadsheet’ uit te voer.
  • Indien die keuse gemaak is om data uit te voer na ‘n ‘Excel Spreadsheet’, sal die uitgevoerde data beskikbaar wees in Excel om te redigeer indien nodig.
  • Nota: Die 'Excel Program version warning message' mag vertoon word.  
  • Dit is veilig om op ‘Yes’ te kliek.
