DOE TASK SCHEDULE REPORT

Hierdie verslag kan gegenereer word om ‘n Taak Skedule Verslag te besigtig of uit te voer na ‘n Excel Sigblad (‘Spreadsheet’). Gebruik hierdie verslag vir rapportering aan die DOE.

GENEREER ‘N ‘TASK SCHEDULE REPORT'


  • Kies die jaar.
  • Kies die kwartaal.
  • Kies die kurrikulum.
  • Kies die graad.
  • Kies die Vak en Take/Komponente en kliek op die regs-pyltjie knoppie om te aktiveer.
  • Kliek op die 'genereer verslag' knoppie om ‘n .pdf dokument te genereer.
  • Kliek op die 'voer uit na Excel' knoppie om die data na ‘n ‘Excel Spreadsheet’ uit te voer.
  • Nota: Die Excel 'Program version warning message' mag vertoon word.
  • Dit is veilig om op 'Yes' te kliek.
  • Indien die keuse gemaak is om data uit te voer na ‘n ‘Excel Spreadsheet’, sal die uitgevoerde data beskikbaar wees in Excel om te redigeer indien nodig.
