How to generate the DOE task schedule report

The DOE Task Schedule Report is used for reporting to the Department of Education. It can be viewed as a PDF or exported to an Excel spreadsheet.

How do I generate the DOE Task Schedule Report?

  1. Choose the year.

  2. Choose the quarter.

  3. Choose the curriculum.

  4. Choose the grade.

  5. Choose the type.

  6. Choose the Subject and Tasks/Components and click the right arrow to activate.

  7. Click Generate report for a PDF, or Export to Excel for an Excel spreadsheet.

  8. If the Excel warning message appears, it is safe to click Yes. The exported data can then be edited in Excel.

What is the difference between the DOE Task Schedule and the DOE Subject Achievement Report?

The Task Schedule shows tasks and components per subject, grade and quarter. The Subject Achievement Report shows learners' achievement per subject. Both are used for DOE submission but cover different aspects of curriculum reporting.

Can I select tasks from multiple subjects simultaneously?

Yes. Select multiple subjects and tasks from the left list and move them to the right before you generate the report.

What does the Excel warning message mean?

It is an Excel program version warning and is not an error. Click Yes to continue with the export.
