How to view emergency numbers

Emergency numbers store the telephone numbers, addresses and contact details of the nearest police station, ambulance service, fire brigade, doctor or hospital. Staff can view these at any time from My Home.

How do I view emergency numbers?

  1. Navigate to My Home > My Information:  Emergency Numbers.

  2. Click on the emergency service category: Police, Ambulance, Fire Brigade, Doctor, or Hospital.

  3. Click Show map or Show address to view the location details of the selected service.

How do I add emergency numbers?

  1. Navigate to My School > System:  General > Databases:  Emergency Numbers.

  2. Click Add New and complete the required fields.

  3. Click Accept Changes to save.

Frequently asked questions

Who can add or edit emergency numbers?

Only users with access to My School > General can add or edit emergency numbers. Contact your Superuser if you do not see this menu.

Can I add more than one number per category?

Yes. Click Add New multiple times to add additional emergency contacts within the same category (e.g. multiple hospitals or doctors).

Where can staff view emergency numbers from?

All staff can access the emergency numbers from My Home > My Information:  Emergency Numbers without needing admin rights. This ensures all staff can find emergency contact information quickly when needed.
