How to generate an Exemption List

The Exemption List report generates a list of learners with school fee exemptions. It is produced as a PDF — Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view it.

Reports > Finances > Debtors > Exemption Application 

How do I generate the report?

  1. Choose whether to print with details or without details.
      • Without details: Specify the number of empty rows to print.
      • With details: Choose the months the report must cover.

  2. Click Preview to generate the PDF.
