How do I generate a fax cover page?

1. Choose to print with details or without details, and whether it should be bilingual.

2. If With details is selected, fill in the following fields:
     • The party to whom the fax is addressed
     • The fax number
     • The number of pages being sent
     • The telephone number
     • The subject/title of the fax
     • The attention (person the fax is for)
     • The sender
     • The message content

3. Click Preview to generate the fax cover page.
