Use this function to print the allocated achievements per learner. This report is typically used at the Awards Evening to read out the certificates allocated to learners.

How do I generate the Allocated Achievements report?
Select the relevant activity, category, achievement type and achievement to be printed.
Select whether to print per Grade, Register class or Learner.
Select whether you want to print a Summary or Full report.
Select the checkbox if you want to print the report with one learner per page.
Select the sort order: Per register class (alphabetical) or Number of achievements.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Summary and Full report?
Summary shows only the total achievements per learner. Full shows each individual achievement, category and activity allocated to each learner.
Can I print one learner per page for the awards ceremony?
Yes. Select the one learner per page checkbox when setting up the report. This is useful for ceremonies where each learner's achievements need to be printed on a separate page.
Where are achievements allocated to learners?
Achievements are allocated at My School > Achievements > Allocate Achievements. Both automatic (academic criteria) and manual allocations are done there.
