How to generate the Chart of Accounts General Ledger report

The Chart of Accounts General Ledger report lists all general ledger accounts configured for the school, filtered by status and sorted by your preferred grouping.

Reports > Finances > Chart of Accounts: General Ledger

How do I generate the report?

  1. Choose the account status: Active, Closed, or All.

  2. Choose how to sort the report: Account Number, Account Name, Budget Category, or Budget Head.

  3. Click Preview to generate the report as a PDF. Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer to view it.

Can I view both active and closed accounts in the same report?

Yes. Select All from the account status drop-down to include both active and closed accounts in the report.

What format is the report generated in?

The report is generated as a PDF. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to open and view it.
