How to generate a Disabilities report

The Disabilities report generates a list of learners with disabilities per register class or grade. The report can be used for DOE reporting and special needs support planning.

Reports > Learners > Management: Disabilities

How do I generate the Disabilities report?

  1. Choose to print the report for Register classes or Grades.

  2. Select the report format:

    • Disabilities per register class/grade: Shows which disabilities occur in each class/grade.
    • Grade/Register classes per disability: Shows which classes/grades have each type of disability.

  3. Select the grades or register classes on the left and click the right arrow to allocate.

  4. Click Generate Report.

Frequently asked questions

Which disability types are included in the report?

All disability types captured on the learner’s profile under Primary Educational Disability and related fields are automatically included in the report.

Can I generate the report for all grades at once?

Yes. Select all required grades and move them to the right block before clicking Generate Report.
