Grade R/1 Migration

This report is used for departmental survey

1. Reports - DOE - Grade R/1 Migration select the year and click on the Generate Report button to generate the form.
   
2. The Migration form will be generated with the school details, learner statistics as well as the Authorisation and sign Off for the Principal and the Cluster Learder.
   
3. The Authorisation part requires the Name and signatures as well as the date.
   
4. If you have set your school principal as such under the staff profile's Main Category then their name will be printed onto the report as well as he date.
   
5. There are two stamps required, the school's principal stamp and the Provincial Manager's office stamp.
   To print this report clcik on the printer icon on the top right hand corner ot you can download it by clicking on the down arrow next to the printer icon.
