Historical Contact Information
The history of changes to the contact details of Learners, Parents, and Accountable Persons can be viewed here. Both changes made by parents and by school administration staff are visible.

How do I view requested changes?
Search for the learner by typing the name in the search box.
Click on the learner's name. You will see 3 tabs at the top: Learner, Parent 1, and Parent 2.
On the Learner tab, you will find 4 further tabs: Full names, Surname, Cell number, and Email address.
Each tab shows a record of changes, the date of the change, and who made it.
How do I restore previous information?
Search for the learner and click on the name.
Click the tab of the information you want to restore (e.g., Email address).
Select the record you want to restore by clicking on it.
Click the Use button. Confirm with Yes.
Frequently asked questions
What types of information can be restored?
Full names, Surname, Cell number, Email address, Residential address, and Postal address can be restored for Learners, Parent 1, and Parent 2.
Can I see who made a change?
Yes. The history record shows the date of the change and the user (parent or staff member) who made it.
