How to generate Sports Teams reports
The Sports Teams report generates a list of learners in sport teams. It can be produced per Athletic Team, per Gender/Age, or as a Quick Summary.
Reports > Learners > Sport Teams
How do I generate a Sports Teams report?
Select the year for the report.
Choose the report type: Per Athletic Team, Per Gender/Age, or Quick Summary.
Select the sport team(s) on the left and click >> to allocate, or << to remove.
Select the ages of learners and allocate using the same arrow buttons.
Select the gender.
Click Generate report.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the three report types?
Per Athletic Team lists learners grouped by sport team. Per Gender/Age breaks the list down by gender and age group. Quick Summary provides a concise overview without full learner detail.
Can I generate the report for multiple sport teams at once?
Yes. Select multiple teams on the left-hand side and click >> to allocate all of them before generating the report.
Where are sport teams set up?
Sport teams are configured at My School >General > School Activities > School houses. Learners must be linked to teams there before they will appear in this report.
