How do I manually send out communication?

This article explains how to manually send out communication to your debtors when your automation is set to disabled. It is intended for Fease administrators who need to trigger reminders on demand rather than relying on scheduled automation.

When do I need to send communication manually?

If your automation is set to disabled, the system will not send reminders automatically. In this case, you will need to manually trigger communication to your debtors whenever a reminder needs to go out.

How do I manually send out communication?

Step 1 — Navigate to the correct reminder

  1. Navigate to Workflows and click on Standard.

  2. Locate the specific reminder you would like to send out.

  3. Click on the number displayed above To Do for that reminder.

Step 2 — Select accounts

  1. To select individual accounts, tick the small square box to the left of the account holder's name.

  2. To select all accounts at once, tick the small square box next to Accountable Person at the top of the list.

Step 3 — Send the communication

  1. Click on Follow-Up at the top middle of the screen.

  2. Click on Create & Send to immediately send out the communication to the selected debtors.

Why do I need to send communication manually?

How do I select all debtors at once instead of one by one?

Tick the small square box next to Accountable Person at the top of the debtor list. This selects all accounts in the current view at once.

What does Create & Send do?

Clicking Create & Send immediately generates and dispatches the communication to all selected debtors. The communication is sent out at the time you click the button.

Where do I find the To Do count for a specific reminder?

Open Workflows > Standard and locate your reminder. The number displayed above To Do on that reminder card shows how many accounts are awaiting communication.

What is the difference between Create and Create & Send?

Create will not send out any communication — it moves the selected debtor accounts to the Scheduled portion of the workflow only. Create & Send both creates and immediately dispatches the communication to the selected debtor accounts.
