Fease workflows let you target communication to accounts based on the learner's grade, rather than sending to every account in a workflow action. This article explains how to filter and send communication to a specific grade only.
Workflows > Standard > Grades
In the workflow, communication can now be sent to a specific grade only. This is useful when a school wants to follow up with, for example, only Grade 7 debtor accounts within a workflow action, instead of communicating with the entire list.
Navigate to Workflows > Standard.
Click on the number above To Do on the specific action you want to send communication for.
In the Grades column, choose the specific grade you would like to send communication to.
Select the accounts you want to include.
Click on Follow Up.
Click on Create & Send.
The communication will then be sent to the selected accounts of the specific grade you have chosen.
Accounts with learners in multiple grades: If an account has two or more learners in different grades, the recipient(s) could receive communication more than once.
Advance warning: The Fease system will inform you if this is the case before communication is sent to that account, so you can decide whether to proceed.
Go to Workflows > Standard, click the number above To Do on the relevant action, choose the grade in the Grades column, select the accounts, then click Follow Up and Create & Send.
The recipient(s) on that account could receive the communication more than once if their learners fall into different grades.
Yes. The Fease system will inform you before communication is sent to that account if it detects this could happen.
The grade filter is found in the Grades column after you click the number above To Do on the specific workflow action.
