How do I manage visibility toggle options?
Navigate to the Settings tab under d6 Communicator Setup.
Explicitly tell the system what modules should reflect on parent phone screens by toggling the relevant options.
You will select either a feed notification or a push notification.
What does each visibility option control?
Children Attendance: Disables legacy SMS alerts and instead sends automated real-time app notifications when a child is absent. Parents can then submit immediate same-day absenteeism notifications back to the school app portal for admin approval.
Children Discipline: Activates push transparency regarding behavioural tracking and points directly onto the parent portal dashboard.
