How do I assign communication rights to a staff member?

  1. Navigate to My School > Staff > Staff.

  2. Edit the profile of the relevant staff member check the communication rights below the program access information.

Notes

  • Active profile required: A staff profile must be set to active before communication rights take effect.

  • Role-based permission: Message rights are controlled by the user role the staff member is linked to, not by the individual profile alone.
