Creating a new budget sets up the financial framework for a specific year, allowing your school to plan income and expenditure before the academic year begins.
Navigate to Finances > Budget > Annual Budgets.
Click the Add Year button to create a new budget.
Select the year for which the budget must be created.
Enter a description for the budget in both English and Afrikaans.
Click the Add button to save the new budget.
The budget will now appear in your list and is ready for budget items to be added.
