Once you have installed the d6 app and logged in, you need to add your child's school to start receiving their news and updates.

Settings → Manage Communities → Search → Select school → Done

How do I add a school to my app?

1. Open the d6 app and tap on the Settings tab near the bottom-right of the screen.

2. Tap on Manage Communities.

3. Search for your school's name in the search bar.

4. Tap on the school name so that a check mark appears next to it.

5. Tap Done or the back arrow to save your selection.

Tip: If you have children at multiple schools, you can add more than one school and switch between them in the app.

What if I cannot find my school?

If your school does not appear in the search results, it may not yet be using d6, or it may be registered under a slightly different name. Try searching for part of the school name, or contact your school to confirm they use d6.

How do I remove a school I no longer need?

Go to Settings > Manage Communities, find the school, and tap on it to remove the check mark. The school will be removed from your news feed.

My school shows a lock icon. What does this mean?

A lock icon means the school is invite-only. The school needs to have your details on their system before you can access their content. Contact your school to ensure they have your correct phone number or email.
