How to generate a Multiple Term Schedule
The Multiple Term Schedule is a multi-purpose DOE report. It can be used for internal use (without marks), or for reporting to the Department of Education across more than one term. It can be generated per grade or per register class.
Reports > DOE > Curriculum > Multiple Term Schedule
How do I generate the report?
Select the report content: choose With marks or Without marks.
Select the year and curriculum.
Choose whether to include the Home Language separately on the report.
Choose how marks columns must appear: Percentage and Level, Percentage only or Level only.
Choose which mark types to show: Term marks or Calculated marks. If Calculated marks is selected, the system refers to the promotion mark setup.
Select the relevant terms.
Under Print report for, choose to generate per grade or per register class.
Click Generate Report.
Frequently asked questions
Can the Multiple Term Schedule be generated without marks?
Yes. Go to Reports > DOE > Curriculum > Multiple Term Schedule, select Without marks under Report content, and complete the remaining options before clicking Generate Report.
