How to generate Event Tickets

The Event Tickets report allows you to generate printable tickets for school events. The report is generated as a PDF, which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view.

How do I create event tickets?

  1. Click the drop-down arrow and select how the school's name should be printed on the tickets.

  2. Enter the function name (the event name that will appear on the tickets).

  3. Choose the ticket price: select the R 50.00 option (which breaks tickets down into different price denominations) or specify a custom amount.

  4. Click Preview to generate the report as a PDF.
