What is the Multi-Quarter Report?

The multi-quarter report serves a dual purpose: to generate a report without marks for internal use, and to report to the Department of Education for more than one quarter. This report can be generated per grade or per register class. It is advisable to ensure that marks for the relevant quarter or quarters are fully captured before generating the report.

How do I generate the Multi-Quarter Report?

  1. Select your report content choice by clicking the dropdown. You can choose between With marks or Without marks.

  2. Select the year.

  3. Select whether the home language should be displayed on the report.

  4. Select how the mark columns should display on the report. You can choose between Scale mark and percentage, Percentage only, or Scale mark only.

  5. Select which type of marks should display on the report. You can choose between Term marks or Calculated marks. If you select calculated marks, the system will refer to the promotion mark setup.

  6. Select the relevant quarters.

  7. Under Print the report for, select whether the report should be generated per grade or per register class.

  8. Click the Generate report button.
