How to give a learner a Left status

To mark a learner as left, you must open their record, change their status to "Left" or "Duplicate", and print their transfer card. This process helps your school keep learner data accurate.

How do I mark a learner as left?

  1. Find the learner in the Learner list.

  2. Click the circle to the left of the learner's name to select them.

  3. Click the "Learner leaves school" button that appears at the bottom of the page.

  4. Select whether you want to classify the learner as "Duplicate" or "Left".

  5. Fill in the relevant dates and reason, then click "Save".

How do I print transfer cards?

  1. After marking the learner as left, click the "View Transfer Card" button.

  2. Select the language in which the transfer card must be printed.

  3. Click "View" and print the document.
