Once your school is added to the d6 app, your learner should automatically appear in your Parent Portal if the school has your details on their system.
Parent Portal → School Profiles → View linked learners
Open the d6 app and tap on the Parent Portal tab.
Look for your child's name under School Profiles or Children Information.
If your learner appears, they are already linked to your profile.
If your child is not showing in the Parent Portal, it usually means the school has a different phone number or email address on record for you. Contact your school and ask them to update your details in their d6 system.
After the school updates your details, open the d6 app, go to Settings, tap on your email or phone number at the top, and select Refresh Login Session. Your learner should then appear.
