How to register for training sessions

How to register for training sessions

d6 offers online training, classroom training and e-Learning courses. Easily accessible guides are also available by clicking the (?) button at the top of each screen.

My Home > Training > Training

If no current training sessions are scheduled for your required module, you can request a session at training@d6.co.za.

How do I register for a training session?

  1. Select the session you wish to attend and choose the date and time.

  2. Click Register. The system takes you to the booking screen — complete your details.

  3. Click Register now. You will receive a confirmation email with the link to join the session.

Important: Use an email address you always have access to — the joining link is sent to that address. Each participant must register with a unique email address; two people using the same address will only register one person.

What do I need for an online session?

  • A stable internet connection during the session.

  • A quiet environment without interruptions.

  • Sufficient time for the session.

  • Headphones or speakers (a laptop’s built-in speakers are acceptable).

  • Join approximately 10 minutes before the session starts. Save the confirmation email until the day of training.

Note: The training software monitors active participation. An attendance certificate is only issued if you have spent sufficient time in the session.

Frequently asked questions

What do I do if I cannot join the session?

Contact the training department at 087 820 0088. If you lose audio or video during a session, close the tab and click the joining link in the confirmation email to reconnect.

Are bookings charged if I cancel?

Yes. Class bookings that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will still be invoiced.
