How to set curriculum academic mark release dates for the parent portal

This article explains how to set curriculum academic mark release dates, so report card marks compiled in the d6+ Curriculum module can be safely hidden from parents until the school is ready to publish them. It is for school administrators (Superusers).

How do I set the mark release date?

  1. Navigate to My School > Curriculum > Learning programs.

  2. Locate the d6 app mark release date column for each academic term, mapped out per grade level.

  3. Set the exact date the school wants the data to go live.

System safeguard

If a cell is left completely blank, term marks remain strictly hidden from the parent portal and will never release to the app until an exact date is set.
