Before sending any messages, set up your school's basic information in the portal. This includes your school's name, logo, cover image, and contact details.

How do I upload my logo and cover image?

1. Go to Settings → Settings.

2. Click the upload arrow in the logo area to upload your school's logo.

3. Click Replace Cover to upload a cover image (Cover image size: 933 x 350 pixels). This appears at the top of the App when parents open your school's profile.

How do I enter my school's information?

4. Fill in your school's name, time zone, email address, phone number, physical address, and website URL.

5. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

6. Click Save.

• Maximum file size: 8MB

• Recommended cover image dimensions: 933px wide x 350px tall

• Promote events: You can change the cover image as often as you like — use it to promote upcoming events like fundraisers, exam time, or sports day.
