How to Update Your Bank Card Details

If you need to update your saved card details for school payments, you can do this directly in the d6 app.

Parent Portal → Payments → Manage Cards → Add or remove card

How do I update my card details?

  1. Open the d6 app and tap on the Parent Portal tab.

  2. Tap on Payments or My Account.

  3. Look for Manage Cards, Payment Methods, or a similar option.

  4. Remove your old card and add the new one.

  5. Your new card will be available for future payments.

Are my card details safe?

Yes, card details are stored securely by our payment partners, not by d6 directly. All transactions use bank-level encryption.

Can I save more than one card?

This depends on your school's payment setup. Some schools allow multiple saved cards while others only allow one.

My card was declined. What should I do?

Check that your card has not expired and that you have sufficient funds. Also ensure your bank has not blocked online transactions. Contact your bank if the problem persists.
