How to use the Marks Log

The Marks Log tracks every change made to learner marks, showing who made the change, when, and what the original and new values were.

My School > System > Curriculum > Curriculum Setup > Marks Log

How do I view the Marks Log?

  1. Navigate to My School > System > Curriculum > Curriculum Setup > Marks Log.
  2. Filter by year, grade, subject, assessment and date range.
  3. Click Fetch Details to load the results.
  4. Each row shows the Insert, Update or Remove action with a timestamp and staff name.

Frequently asked questions

How far back does the Marks Log go? Full history is available for entries after 27 October 2023. Earlier entries may not show the complete audit trail.
