How to view and manage My Projects

The My Projects screen gives each project manager a quick overview of their projects — including the project balance and which learners have paid — provided learners have been linked to the project.

My Home > MY Information > My Projects

How do I view my projects?

  1. Use the Status drop-down to filter by Active or Closed projects.

  2. All projects linked to your user account will appear with the following columns: project number, project manager name, start date, end date, and allocated amount.

  3. Click the Balance hyperlink to generate a PDF report listing all transactions on that project to date.

  4. If learners are linked to the project, click the Who has paid hyperlink to generate a payment report. This works whether learners were linked per learner, per register class, or per grade.

  5. Use the Search block to find a project by name, project manager, or other details.

  6. Click Export to Excel to download the project list. Note that hyperlinks are not functional in the exported file.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't I see a project on My Projects?

You will only see projects that you have been linked to as a project manager. Ask your administrator to check whether your user account is associated with the relevant project.

What does the Balance figure represent?

The balance shows the total amount received on the project to date. Click the balance hyperlink to view a detailed PDF transaction report.

Can I export the project list to Excel?

Yes. Use the Export to Excel option. Note that the balance and who-has-paid hyperlinks will not be functional in the exported file — the export is for reference only.
