This function enables the user to generate staff attendance reports. There is a different report to generate staff attendance registers for recording staff attendances.
When printing absenteeism and attendance reports, the report will use the term dates setup in educator terms to count days.
GENERATE A STAFF ATTENDANCE REPORT
- Select the attendance for a Week, Month, Term or Period.
- If you selected Week, select the day on which the week ended.
- If you selected Month, select the month for which you would like to generate the attendance report for.
- If you selected Term, select the term for which you would like to generate the attendance report for.
- If you selected Period, select the attendance for a from and to period.
- Choose to show for staff paid by either Any institution, the Department of Education or the Governing Body.
- Select the categories on the left-hand side and click on the double arrows to allocate them.
- Click on the "Preview" button to generate the list.
