How to generate a House Sports Teams report

The House Sports Teams report generates a list of learners per sports team. The report can be displayed per Team, per Gender/Age or as a Quick Summary.

Reports > Learners > Learner Reports: Sports Teams

How do I generate the Sports Teams report?

  1. Select the year for which the report must be generated.

  2. Select the report type: Per Team, Per Gender/Age or Quick Summary.

  3. Select the sports teams on the left and click the right arrow to allocate. Click the left arrow to de-allocate.

  4. Select the ages of the learners on the left and click the right arrow to allocate.

  5. Select the gender.

  6. Click Generate Report.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the three report types?

Per Team displays learners grouped per house sports team. Per Gender/Age displays learners sorted by gender and age group. Quick Summary displays only the total numbers per team without individual learner lists.

Can I include multiple teams simultaneously?

Yes. Select all the desired teams and move them to the right block before clicking Generate Report.

Where are sports teams set up?

Sports teams are set up at My School > System: General > School Activities > Sports Teams. Only teams set up there will appear in this report generator.
