How to import assets

This function allows users to import assets from an Excel spreadsheet into the system. Import your assets only once and thereafter only the differences to prevent totals from multiplying.

My School > System > Assets > Manage > Import Assets

How do I import assets?

  1. Download the Excel import template.
  2. Complete the template with your asset data.
  3. Upload the completed file.
  4. Match the imported fields to system fields.
