Voters' List

Voters' List

The Voters' List displays the name, address and contact numbers of Parent 1 and Parent 2 per learner. For learners with siblings at the school, it indicates that there is another learner from the family in a different grade — this prevents more than one vote per family at the annual general meeting.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the family relationship indicated?

The family relationship indicator shows when a household has more than one learner at the school. This ensures that each household has only one vote at the school's annual general meeting, regardless of the number of children.

Can I generate the list for specific classes?

Yes. Select only the specific register classes you want to include by moving them to the right block.

What contact information appears on the list?

The list displays the name, address and contact numbers of Parent 1 and Parent 2 as captured in the learner's profile. Ensure all parent details are correctly and fully entered before generating the list.
