How to view and print Register Class Timetables
The Register Class Timetables module provides a learner-centred view of the school's academic schedule. Once a timetable has been uploaded to d6+, administrators and educators can see exactly where a specific register group (e.g. Grade 10A) should be at any point in the cycle.
My School > People > Staff > Timetables > Register Class Timetables
How do I view a register class timetable?
Select the relevant Year and Term from the drop-down lists. A list of all active register classes appears.
Click on the desired Register Class (e.g. Grade 8B) to open the schedule. The grid shows cycle days, time slots, subjects and rooms.
Click the Print icon to generate a hard copy or PDF for learners or for the notice board.
Frequently asked questions
Why are the timetables empty?
The module depends on data uploaded from the Timetable module. If no timetable has been published or uploaded for the selected term, the timetables will remain empty.
Can I correct an error on the timetable directly here?
No. This view is read-only. Corrections to subjects, teachers or periods must be made in the master timetable within the Timetable module and then uploaded to d6+ again.
