Class Lists

Class Lists

A Class List is generated so that all learners' names in a class group are displayed on the same document. Various options can be selected and optional learner information fields can also be displayed.

Note: Ensure that all new learners have been entered and that the status of learners who have left has been updated before generating.

Reports > Learners > Learner Reports: Class Lists

Frequently asked questions

The class list does not fit on one page — what do I do?

Reduce the Print line height until the list fits on one page, or switch from Portrait to Landscape orientation.

Can I print multiple classes simultaneously?

Yes. Select all the desired register classes and move them to the right block before clicking View. The system generates a separate class list for each class.

Can I generate the list for learners who have left the school?

No — the Class Lists report is for current learners. Use the Admissions / Leaving Register report for information about learners who have left.
