How do I generate the report?

  1. Select the Page layout: Portrait or Landscape. Landscape is recommended if you include blank columns.

  2. Select the number of Blank Columns (choose 4 to allow for data or signatures for all 4 terms).

  3. Select the Curriculum and Grade.

  4. Select the desired Subjects and move them to the right-hand block.

  5. Click Preview to generate the report.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a subject appear without assessments on the report?

This means that Steps 3–6 of the Learning Programme setup for that subject are incomplete. The report reflects the current state of the database and cannot display assessments that have not been linked in the setup module.

Why is text cut off in Portrait layout?

Too many blank columns in Portrait mode can cause text to be cut off. Use Landscape layout for reports with more than two blank columns to ensure readability.

Is the report data real-time?

Yes. The report pulls information directly from the Learning Programme setup (Steps 1–6). Any changes in the setup module are immediately reflected when the report is regenerated.
