Zoho Assist is a free remote support tool that allows the d6 support team to assist you via a screen-sharing session from anywhere. Once installed, you can use it whenever remote support is needed.

How do I download and use Zoho Assist?
Click the Zoho Assist button — the application will begin downloading.
An icon will appear in the bottom-left corner of your screen. Click the arrow on the right side of the icon and select Open.
Click Install Zoho Assist on this computer.
Click Accept & Install.
A prompt will appear asking whether you want to allow the programme to make changes to your computer. Click Yes.
Click the Zoho Assist button again.
Enter the Session ID provided by your d6 consultant.
Click Join Session.
Once the session is complete, close the Zoho Assist window to end the session.
